challenge you, push you to your limits, but most of all

You will build and tone muscle. The cardio blasts will
start your fat burning furnace. Then we sculpt your abs
into that perfect six-pack. MKKS’s BIF metabolic
training combines weight training with martial arts
fitness to make a workout that will bring up your heart
rate and make you sweat. You will develop muscle, lose
weight and look great. Every class is unique. You won’t
get board doing the same exercise over and over again.
We will keep you energized, and give you an amazing
workout.
