Little Dragons (4 ½ To 6 Year) This class is designed to develop coordination and balance for future skills. We teach children how to focus, follow directions, get along with others, courtesy and respect, but most of all how to have fun.
Dragons (6 ½ To 12 Years) The focus of this class is geared toward developing a well-rounded martial artist. The curriculum is designed to follow the Kenpo karate form of self-defense. Though that is only half of the worrier, the other part learns about character, self discipline, confidence and self awareness better known as the Social Karate Skills they need to become a black belt.
Teen – Adult (13 And Up) This class focuses on the traditional art of Kenpo Karate passed on by Professor Lee Lowery. Training includes fitness, bag work, boxing, ground fighting, sparring and weapons. Students learn to balance physical and mental challenges on their way to achieving their black belt.

Arnis (13 And Up) Arnis has been taught at MKKS for many years and is brought to you through IMAF (modernarnis.net). The class on Wednesday nights has been a long standing class, open to both MKKS students and non-students wishing to explore the art of Filipino stick fighting. The age for this class is teen or above.
Tae Chi (Seniors) Tae chi is currently being offered to seniors. Tae chi uses slow and fluid movements to relieve stress and improve your balance. The movements require concentration, control, coordination and balance. The mental and physical aspects work to harmonize the mind-body-spirit to elevate feelings of wellbeing.
Just Kicks (7 And Up) Just Kicks is the newest class being offered at MKKS! The focus of this class is on dynamic kicking. You will learn how to do all those fancy kicks that we don’t teach in our Kenpo curriculum. This class is perfect for Demo team, and potential future Demo team, members trying to increase their kicking ability; and those students who are looking to add more excitement to their training. Since this is not part of our Kenpo, the class is open to everyone, not just MKKS students. Also, there is no uniform required.
