The Teen and Adult class focuses on the traditional art
of Kenpo Karate passed on by Professor Lee Lowery.
Training includes self-defense, fitness, bag work,
boxing, ground fighting, sparring and weapons. Students
learn to balance physical and mental challenges on their
way to achieving their black belt.
MKKS’s Adult program is based on the art of Kenpo,
system but we also use moves from Tae Kwon Do, Jiu-Jitsu,
Modern Arnis, Boxing, Kickboxing, along with the modern
philosophies, sparring and weapons. What you get is a
Self-Defense program that’s realistic and street
effective. Classes will challenge you and you will get
in shape. The skills you learn may one day save your
life.
